Simply awesome!

I cant adjust music speed after upgrade.

Terrific app

It had a problem with timing, but that has been corrected in this release. This app works great. It is helpful to have Jeffs voice in my ear reminding me of posture/breathing/form etc.

Not sure they understand distances properly

The app works just fine. I started using their half marathon app in 2012 to get ready for a race, and enjoyed it, so when I saw the 10K app on sale, I thought I’d pick it up to work on increasing my speed a bit, since I didn’t plan on doing another half marathon any time soon. The FIRST long run when set for “first 10k” for extremely slow me is already over 5 miles (3 min walk, 10 min. warm-up run, 3.5 miles, 10 min cool-down run, walk 3 min). Anyone who runs faster than 13–14 mins per mile could hit 6 miles. They do realize that a 10K is only 6.2, right? If I could run 6.2 miles my first week trying, I wouldn’t really want this app, now, would I? I’ve been on Jeff Galloway’s website and seen his training plans; this is not it. The “improve my time” setting is a *little* better, though I still don’t understand why a 10K app is having you run 10 and 12 mile long runs. I like that it has 400m intervals on the second day, instead of just running the time straight through, like on the regular settings. This really has not wowed me. If you like the other features—the beat sync, the pace timer—then sure, this is fine. But honestly, you might as well go for the half marathon trainer. Costs a little more, sure, but it’ll take you farther, and at a more reasonable pace.

Battery drain

Battery drain and inability to pause the app make this a big disappointment.

No shuffle!

I thought this app was great. I really liked the running tips en route and the positive reinforcement. That is until a couple weeks in and I realized it only plays a few songs. I have over 100 songs synced with the app but it will only play the same 15 over and over and over. Any idea how ANNOYING it is on a 90 minute run to hear the same song three times? I officially hate this app. Plus it calculates a run at 5.5 miles when my GPS (and map my run) calculate it properly at 7 miles. Thats a big difference.

I like!

I like it! I really believe in Galloway method - have applied it to help get past injuries & to not have them mot reoccur. So this app simplifies the process. Yes I would like more control over music but greatly prefer not having to chk tomer every other min!

Its just not working

Ive only had this app a couple of weeks but twice in two weeks the app has simply quit about 3/4 the way through, and there is restarting where it left off! Also, the GPS doesnt work, it never tracks my mileage (which is quite a downfall since some of the runs are based on mileage), it just doesnt work! Please fix!

Please update!!!

Began using yesterday. Im a physical therapist and would recommend this to many patients if you fixes some bugs. First, I dont believe the GPS is accurate. I am sure I ran farther today than I did yesterday. Second-I cant seem to add music once Ive begun-or change it for that matter. If you want to sell me and more on this app can you please update it. So far, I love most of it-very useful. Love Jeff Galloways approach.

Take me all the way, Jeff!

I have run a couple 5ks and I was looking for a 10k app to train for the Peachtree Roadrace this summer. I have used this app for two months now and I love it. What sets this apart from other Couch-to-Whatever Distance apps, is that it allows you to maintain your own level of interval as you train. I am neither thin, nor athletic but I can still train effectively and injury-free at a 4 min run/1 min walk ratio, or whatever ratio I choose. I also like the ability to use my own music and the app will change the tempo automatically. Winner! See you in Atlanta this July!

Really nice app … any plans for Apple Watch?

I really like the Easy 10K app, especially the ability to set the run-walk times. It’s gotten me back on my feet running longer runs again. But now that the Apple Watch is out it would really be nice to be able to view run times and progress on the watch as well as control the audio playing. Any plans to add support for the Apple Watch?

Love this app-I know Ill improve my finish time

Really enjoying this app! Love Jeffs motivating words throughout and especially love how the app changes speed of my music to match my pace. Im only on week 2 and already find that very helpful! My only complaint is it wont share to FB for some reason-Ive followed all troubleshooting instructions but no luck. Wish it could sync to Nike too so I could keep up with my total mileage, but thats not a big deal.

I feel like a rock star!

If you feel like a rock star when your pace exactly matches the song on your iPhone, then this app is for you. I started with Lolo beatburn for the treadmill so when I decided to do a 5k I tried the easy 5K app. I love the Galloway method and it worked perfectly with the apps ability to pace my music with my run. So now I have signed up for a 10K and it felt great to know I could get this app, and use a system I know first hand to be a winner. Thanks Jeff and Lolo. When its time for a half marathon I know exactly where I will go for training!

Love it but need Apple Watch version

I used the 5K app to train and now loving the 10K app. Just finished a 10K this weekend. But really wish you would come out with an Apple Watch version. Everyone is trying to convince me to abandon this app and use other apps that support the Watch. Please please support the Watch!

No mileage calculations

The app worked well until this weeks update. (12/8) keeps the time of my run, but is no longer calculating my distance.

Love but

This week it wont post automatically to Facebook. And when I tried to share the results it kept saying an error occurred. Havent changed anything to my settings so not sure what happened.

Please work with Apple Watch

I like the app but would LOVE for my watch haptic to tap me when its time to switch between walking and running. Any chance that might happen in the near future?

Not my first choice

I wanted to have a running schedule already made for me. I did not like what the app have done for that also all the data in schedule is very rough and does not tell me how I am doing. Coach comments are nice though and enjoyable. I would recommend it for beginners having a lot of time.
