Very dissapointed...
I am a huge fan of Jeff Galloway and have read several of his books. I bought this application with the expectation of making my running easier by having his methodology already set for my ipod. Day three of week 1 consisted of a one hour with not always clear or consistent prompts, at times it would say "lets get ready for a 3 minute run" and then extend it for longer than that. Also I was a bit surprised that Week 1 consisted of two 24 min workouts and then on day 3 jump to an hour; it felt like a lot - not gradual at all. I think the app is buggy and /or inconsistent. It seems safer to just train for a 10K using any of his training programs from his books, knowing what each day of training will consist on; instead of having an unpleasant surprise like this. I still fully recomend Jeff Galloway and his method; just not at all this application.
